TSDPAC Tumbling

 

Our Tumbling Program at TSDPAC takes our students head over heels!  Headed up by Coach Mike Kurfis our students learn the process of a skill.  How to build our strength in our bodies to complete it.  We use equipment such as cart wheel mats, two different sized cheese mats, an octagon, floor balance beam, and a low jr. kip bar.  Our program is a genuine tumbling program.  We hope to have our students hitting a goal every session.  From forward rolls, to headstands and bridges, and even to backhandsprings our students will learn the correct and safe way to tumble!
