After 5 years on Jordan Rd. as Gazella Dance Studio we will be moving on in many exciting ways! Tiffany Mayer started Gazella Dance Studio under the Gazella Performance and Wellness Studio umbrella 5 years ago. We got our start with their help and couldn't have done it without them. Now it's time to step out on our own and truly create everything that we are capable of!
Performing Arts Center
With the move our name will be changing to "Tiffany's School of Dance & Performing Arts Center". We thought long and hard about this but in the end our name needs to symbolize where we're headed and not where we've been. Our school of dance and tumbling will keep on the same path and our programming as well. The Performing Arts Center will allow for many different styles to join us. We will be adding a full Theater Track to our offerings that will include musical theater dance, tap, voice lessons, and acting lessons for students 6-18. We are also welcoming McDonald School of Irish Dance, BeLive Yoga, Daria Mendicis Ballroom Classes, Green Lakes Music Together, and Aikido Martial Arts. We hope to create a space for all performing arts and health/fitness for the youth of our community!
Facility
We are moving just a few miles away to 1351 E. Genesee St. Skaneateles, NY. The new space that will allow for 2 large studios totalling 2000 sq. ft. and a large waiting room, student lounge, and gallery. The studios are getting state of the art professional dance flooring including a sprung subfloor and marley (dance vinyl). We will also have an all new sound system, double ballet barres, and a moveable partition wall that we can open up for one big space! Outside we will have plenty of parking and hopefully in time a sidewalk to connect us to the village. We are so excited for this new space and everything it will allow us to do!
